Overview

The purpose of this class is to rediscover the way your body moves. We work moving through exercises for strength, flexibility, and proprioception to bring common muscular imbalances to awareness, and then to release. It is a (mostly) gentle class that can be adapted for various levels of fitness with the intention of awakening the bodies natural movement patterns so that everyday movements feel more effortless, balanced, and powerful. also offered as private lessons for more personal and targeted goals/ patterns.

Class occurs weekly, one hour class.
